Eni in fact, it opens its advanced computing infrastructures to companies, startup e research centers, offering computational capabilities, specialized skills and services dedicated to the development of solutions based on theartificial intelligence and on digital innovation.

A choice that arises from the growing importance of digital infrastructures: today data, algorithms and computing capacity have become key elements for the competitiveness industrial and for the technological sovereignty of countries and companies.

The Green Data Center and the power of HPC6 and HPC7

At the heart of the initiative is the Green Data Center Eni, operational since 2013, a structure that over the years has allowed the group to develop advanced skills in the design and management of high-performance computing infrastructures. Today, the HPC6 and HPC7 supercomputers, the combination of which allows Eni to crossing the Exascale threshold, confirming the company among the industrial companies with the greatest supercomputing capacity available in the world.

A "digital factory" capable of processing enormous amounts of data and supporting increasingly complex applications: from advanced simulation to artificial intelligence, to new areas related to energy and industrial innovation.

Through AI-based services, Eni aims to create a secure and competitive environment to leverage data, infrastructure, and technology models. For the partners involved, this means being able to: reduce development times e get to market faster with new digital solutions, exploiting computing capacity that is difficult to access through traditional tools.

The initiative is also part of Eni's strategy to strengthen its digital infrastructure, which includes the partnership with Khazna Data Centers for the realization of a next-generation AI Data Center Campus, intended to support the future growth of artificial intelligence and advanced computing.
