Fire Spa: Fitch revises the Outlook to “Positive” and affirms the “ABSS1-” and “RSS1-” servicer ratings.

The revision of the Outlook from Stable to Positive reflects the growth in assets under management, the greater diversification of the business, the strengthening of the management and the progress in the system of operational controls, in the management of complaints and in cybersecurity which has been assessed in Category 1.

Fire SpA, a company active in credit management and recovery, announces that Fitch Ratings has reviewed by “stable” a “Positive” the Company's Outlook, while simultaneously confirming theAsset-Backed Special Servicer Rating (“ABSS1-”) And the Residential Special Servicer Rating (“RSS1-”).

The decision follows the agency's comprehensive operational review and reflects continued growth in assets under management, the expansion and diversification of its activities, the strengthening of its management structure and the progress made in its operational controls framework, including cash management, claims management, cybersecurity e information security.

The Outlook Positive It also expresses Fitch's expectation that, in the short term, Fire can further strengthen its operating profile by consolidating its organizational evolution and the investments made to support growth.

Among the main elements underlying the rating, Fitch highlights the significant growth of assets under management of Fire, climbed to 25 billion euros at the end of 2025, supported in particular by the increase in performing and past due exposures.

In parallel with the growth of the business, Fitch recognizes the strengthening of the managerial and organizational structure, through the inclusion of new senior and middle management figures and the development of internal skills, and the improvement regarding cybersecurity e information security, rated by Fitch in the category "1".

The Company has also continued to invest in the evolution of its processes, technology, and control systems, with the aim of supporting the Group's growth and ensuring increasingly higher operational and service standards.
