The offering is subject to market conditions and other factors, including the effectiveness of the registration statement itself. According to reports, the company aims to close the transaction by the end of the month, for a potential valuation around $20 billion and a collection that could exceed 4 billion. What is certain, however, is the trading acronym — “BSP” — and the fact that the application concerns the Nasdaq Global Select Market, the most exclusive segment of the stock market, which requires the highest capitalization standards and financial requirements in the world.
