The experimentation of national database on short-term rentals comes to life. The publication of the decree of the Ministry of Tourism marked the beginning of the process of integrating data from the Regions and autonomous Provinces, with the aim of highlighting irregular rentals in a growing market, estimated at around half a million homes.
