Celebrating its 25 years of activity in grand style this year in Udine, Ein Prosit, the event that traditionally in autumn brings together the themes of international food and wine culture, wine tradition and knowledge of raw materials in cooking through a structured path of dinners, tastings, masterclasses, dedicated workshops and meetings, for a total of over 140 events.

From 17 to 20 October the scene then moves to Udine, also involving the surrounding areas, with a calendar full of events to discover the regional and international food and wine world. There are also many special events: Special Food Truck along Via Cavour, with the participation of Ape Cesare, Civà Cibo Vagabondo, Fornas, La Polpetteria and Nigro. Caffè Sicilia meets Solare: Friday at 18.00:XNUMX pm in Galleria Bardelli, two excellences meet and give new meaning and breath to the combination of "research and innovation". Corrado Assenza, master pastry chef, has made his Sicily a banner of high-quality products, which he works and takes care of every day at Caffè Sicilia in Noto. Solari, known for its watches, is a world leader in the design and production of Display Information Systems, LED Lighting Systems, Data Collections and Industrial Clocks.
