Eataly opens a mega flagship store in Tokyo, the fifth in Japan

Eataly relaunches in Japan, and inaugurates a new 1.100 square meter flagship store in Tokyo within the Ginza Six complex, in the prestigious Ginza district, one of the most important shopping districts of the city, dotted with luxury boutiques, cocktail bars and sushi chic bar. During the weekends, the Chuo Dori main street transforms into an elegant pedestrian boulevard dedicated to luxury shopping.

Eataly Ginza is the fifth Eataly store in Japan and the fourth opened in the metropolis of Tokyo. The new store is the largest so far in the land of the rising sun where Eataly also has three other locations in Tokyo, one in Nihonbashi, one in Marunouchi and one in Harajuku.

In the spaces inside Ginza Six there is a cafeteria with an artisanal ice cream counter and pastry shop, a characteristic Piazzetta that recreates the atmosphere of an Italian aperitif, an informal restaurant with various proposals for pasta with traditional recipes and pizzas cooked in wood oven, and a gourmet Grille restaurant with seating both inside and on the terrace, where meat and fish are served cooked to recreate the flavor of the Italian barbecue.

The flagship store consists of a space dedicated to the sale of a large variety of typical Italian products, a corner dedicated to the daily production of fresh pasta and a cold cuts and cheese counter with a rich assortment of the best Italian excellences. There is also a wine shop with around 350 Italian wine labels.

Eataly Ginza follows the opening of Eataly Shonan, a store inaugurated in Fujisawa City at the beginning of July, by a few months
