Lo stop lasted only 24 hours. INPS has made the new models available which will allow you to submit the online application for citizenship income. To find them, just go to the website of the National Institute of Social Security, on the page "Performance and Services".
The updated templates contain the changes approved by the Parliament during the legislative process. The so-called decree officially became law on 1 April after months of work and negotiations.
Important innovations have found space within the new modules. Among the main ones are:
- the obligation to accept ajob offer only if the salary is equal to or greater than 858 euros;
- the checks by the police on those who divorced after 1 September 2018 aimed at flushing out the "cunning" who resort to "false separations”to return within the economic parameters established by law;
- the obligation for the non-EU foreigners to acquire a certification issued by the country of origin,
- ad hoc rules for Disabled and parents with young children.
Other changes from the decree include the limits imposed by the privacy guarantor on state checks (it will not be possible to see the individual expenses made through the Rdc card and the prohibition of access to the measure not only for those who are convicted or on the run, but also for those who are under investigation or accused in a proceeding.
Finally, it is established that also i apprenticeship contracts, while precise rules are introduced for i navigator: from 2020, institutions will be able to hire 3.000 people (there were 6.000) to be allocated to employment centers and from 2021 a further 4.600, also to stabilize their precarious workers. The cost is 120 million in 2020 and 304 million from 2021. A further 340 million will be allocated to the development of employment centers over three years.
We remind you that the citizen's income can also be requested via Caf or at post offices (in the latter case starting from the fifth day of each month). April will also be the month in which the measure will officially start: by the end of the month, those who applied in March will receive credit on the Rdc card of Poste Italiane.
