Giuseppina of Foggia, the new CEO of Terna, begins to redesign the top team of the public electricity group. At the end of yesterday's board of directors, chaired by President Igor De Blasio and in the presence of Di Foggia herself, two important top managers have reached an agreement for a consensual termination of their employment relationship and will leave the company. These are two leading figures such as the CFO, Agostino Scornajenchi, and the Director of Corporate Affairs, Giuseppe Del Villano.
The agreement provides that Scornajenchi will remain in his role only until 31 August and in the company until the end of 2023. Del Villano will instead be replaced on an interim basis by Emilia Rio.
"The activities - reads an official note from the company - continue without interruption and in full agreement between the Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors thanks to the excellent work and skills of Terna's over 5.600 people". The change of the CFO and the Director of Corporate Affairs is a nice shock on which Di Foggia explicitly wanted to sign.
