Jonathan anderson is the new creative director of Dior, historic fashion brand under the umbrella of the French group lvmh. After having led the men's line since April, Anderson will now also take care of the women's collections, marking a first: it is in fact the first time that Dior has entrusted a sole creative director complete management with male and female lines.
The changing of the guard comes after the exit of Maria Grazia Chiuri, who for years has led the women's collection bringing his personal and often very recognizable style. Anderson will therefore have to deal with an important legacy and an increasingly demanding market.
