We receive and publish. Experienced professionals, recent graduates and graduates to grow all the strategic areas covered by the Group and face the country's challenges: PNRR, healthcare, energy, cybersecurity and transition towards more sustainable models.
There are 400 new professionals who, during 2024, will join Dedagroup, a hub for Italian excellence in the Software and Solutions As a Service, natural interlocutor of companies, financial institutions and public services in the evolution of theirs IT and digital strategies.
The hiring plan involves the inclusion of experienced figures, but also of recent graduates and graduates in both scientific and humanistic subjects, who will work in the markets covered by the Group: from artificial intelligence & data to banking & finance, from industrial, to digital business to fashion & luxury, from public services, energy & healthcare to cloud and cybersecurity.
The new additions will strengthen the Dedagroup team, which can already count on the skills and experience of over 3.000 people, and will have the opportunity to operate within the 39 Italian offices and 9 international offices of the Group (distributed between the United States, Mexico, United Kingdom and Tunisia). Among the figures sought, in particular: Software and AI developer, Business Analyst and Consultant, Sales, System Engineer, Project Manager, Cybersecurity Specialist.

The new hires will also support the growth of Dedagroup's Finance & Data Hub, a center of excellence that combines the skills and software of Group companies operating in the banking & finance, data and AI sectors, to bring to banks , insurance companies, financial operators and large corporates, an increasingly integrated and complete offer of solutions. They will also support the grounding of the PNRR and respond to the challenges that our country is facing: from healthcare to energy, from cybersecurity to the transition towards more sustainable business models, but also land management.
