An free week of vacation in some of the most famous tourist resorts in Italy. Poste Italiane confirmed also for 2026 “Room with a View”, corporate welfare project which offers Group employees and their families apartments for stays at the seaside, mountains, and spa resorts.
The initiative, launched in 2019, has so far involved nearly 4.500 workers and family members, and this year it is further expanding its offerings. With the addition of four new destinations, the total number of available accommodations has risen to 21.

“Room with a View” was born from Restoration of the service apartments owned by Poste Italiane, subsequently redeveloped and transformed into modern and functional holiday homes. This project combines corporate welfare with the enhancement of the Group's real estate assets, with interventions carried out with attention to environmental sustainability. The properties are located in some of the main Italian tourist destinationsAmong the locations already involved are Capri, Favignana, Forte dei Marmi, Lipari, Chianciano Terme, Soverato and Cernobbio.
For the 2026 edition, four new accommodations will be added in Aldeno, Ostia Lido, Porto San Giorgio, and Vasto Marina, bringing the total number of properties made available through the project to 21.
Bookings through NoidiPoste, the project focuses on work-life balance.
Employees can consult the characteristics of the apartments and access the booking platform through the dedicated section of theNoidiPoste corporate appYear after year, the initiative has continued to gain support, becoming one of the tools through which Poste Italiane aims to integrate welfare, sustainability, and the recovery of its real estate assets.
"Room with a View" is part of the Group's broader corporate welfare model, developed to support employee well-being and foster a better work-life balance through concrete opportunities also aimed at families.
